It’s easy – just plug it in, set the dial to the desired setting, then place your bag in between the sealing bars. Press down on the hand sealer bar until the light goes off, and then release.

The Impulse Sealer uses heat-sealing wires that are triggered when you close the bars. The wire is pressed, and the film melts to create a seal. The seal that’s created is thicker and stronger, making it difficult to tear, puncture or rip. At this time, a small light is also triggered to let you know that the sealing process has begun. The light goes off when the process is complete, so that you’ll know you have the perfect seal.
To double check the accuracy and strength of your heat seal, you’ll notice that the finished product has a smooth, straight line. There should be no wrinkles or creases in the seal itself. Heat seals such as those created with the Impulse Heat Sealer are air-tight and help add to your product’s longevity.
